Messe Frankfurt's two closing reports differ on the foreign share and restate 2024 in a footnote; neither mentions hand tools. For a Pakistani tool importer the usable number is German trade visitors +18.5%, and the fair that sets Q1 prices is CIHS Shanghai, 28-30 September.
